Entrance Remodel In Pelham, Alabama
This is a smaller scale project based on the other jobs on this page. However, every job we approach, big or small, is carefully considered and approached with the highest quality of craftsmanship. The owners wanted a nice entrance to their front door. We accomplished this with a solid foundation of concrete laid and a roofline that integrated into the existing home, as well as the smaller roof line that ran across the porch. The molding and ornamentation was also a big part of creating a seamless structural connection into the existing framework. We love these types of jobs and always do our best to make them the best that they can be.
Porch Remodel In Greystone, Alabama
This was a large scale remodel of a back porch with an integrated roof line. The porch includes fully covered area for the main floor as well as the basement area. A chimney is included that has two fireplaces on the lower and upper deck. The stairs have two exit points from the upper deck, to accommodate quick access to the lower deck as well last immediate access to the driveway. Interior lighting is fully integrated into the ceiling. The rooflines were fully tied into the existing structure with multiple slopes included. This wasn’t just a porch remodel. It included a slab of concrete with structural reinforcement, newly integrated stairs, and a top porch connected to the second story of the house.
